I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy to help me serve you and other clients effectively. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your appointment slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. No-shows or appointments canceled on the day of the service will be charged 50% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call or text at 508-542-9166. I will do my best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
